Nos enseignants ont plusieurs années de pratique et de maîtrise finalisées par une attestation d'évaluation supérieure de l'Académie (Level) ainsi que par l'attestation d'instructeur acquise à la suite d'un examen théorique, technique et pédagogique.

Il faut un minimum de 6 stages espacés avant de pouvoir passer l'examen d'instructeur stagiaire AJL. Ils sont nommés par le Président de l'AJL pour un an renouvelable (pour la saison 2010-2010 jusqu'au 30 juin 2011) sous réserve de certaines conditions obligatoires dont l'assiduité et un recyclage technique annuel obligatoire.
